Job Description:
We’re seeking a Packaging Lead to join our production team. In this role, you will work hands on with our packaging line, canning, kegging, labeling, and preparing beer for distribution, while supervising and supporting our packaging assistants to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
This is a fast-paced, physically active position, ideal for someone who takes pride in operational excellence, maintaining quality standards, and leading a small team. You will also assist with general brewery tasks and local deliveries as needed, providing support wherever the brewery requires.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead our packaging operations: kegging, running canning lines & labeling machines.

Ensure every batch meets our high-quality standards—correct fills, date codes, and packaging are all to product specification.

Train and guide packaging crew members; maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Assist with general brewery duties as needed, such as cleaning, equipment upkeep, and other hands-on tasks.

Help with deliveries when schedules require (local deliveries, occasional heavy lifting).

Uphold safety, sanitation, and SOP standards at all times
Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in a brewery packaging line is preferred

Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting skills are an important asset.

Strong attention to detail, safety, and cleanliness.

Able to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and handle varying temperatures.

Flexible, team-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever the brewery needs you.
