Job Description: 

​Rival Trade Brewing Co. is looking for a reliable and customer-focused taproom server to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a great guest experience, enjoys building connections, and values strong service in a brewery hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all guests

• Build genuine connections with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere

• Confidently guide guests through our beer and menu offerings

• Support taproom operations, including opening/closing and maintaining a clean, organized space

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude

• Dependable, with the ability to take initiative

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• An interest in hospitality and the brewing industry

• Open to learning and continuously improving

• Previous serving experience is an asset
